Introduction
IP & Socket Monitor (WISM) monitors and controls the network activities of Windows applications.
It is designed for both profressinals and none-profressinals.
Profressinals
"Socket Monitor" displays every function call from socket to closesocket (Windows 9x, NT4, 2000, XP).

"IP Monitor" displays each packet passing your neighbouring network. (Windows NT4, 2000, XP)

None-Profressinals
Using "Socket Monitor", you can know which application is accessing the network (see illustration),
and you can control any application's network activity.
For example, if you are using Outlook Express,
and do not like its emails downloading things from Web sites,
you can do this,
or if you really hate network, you can do this.
You can also use "IP Monitor" to monitor your neighbouring network, like this.
