• I can access the Web site from my computer, but people on the Internet can not, why?

  Invariablly it is because:

  • Your computer does not has a real Internet IP address - the Internet is visible to your computer, but your computer is not visible to the Internet. This is true with most office computers. If you want to access your office computer from your home computer, consider Office & Home.
  • Your firewall or virus-killer does not allow MyWeb work as a server on the Internet. You should configure your firewall or virus-killer and give MyWeb the permission.
  • Your copy of MyWeb is of Evaluation Version.
• How to Hide My Server?
  • Use a 4-digit or 5-digit port number, instead of the official port number 80.
  • Enable Password protection
