Usually there are at least three IPs in the "IP Addresses" list. The first one is 127.0.0.1. It is a private address meaningful only to the PC itself; The second is 0.0.0.0. It represent all the other IPs your PC has. The third one is the Internet (or intranet) IP. You should select 0.0.0.0 or the Internet IP, if you want other people to visit your Web site.

The official port number for web server is 80, but you can set any number that is less than 65536. If you have a firewall, make sure the port is not blocked by it.
