MyWeb - Real Time File

A Real Time File (RTF) is a file that grows in size as time goes on, such as an audio recording file or a video recording file. When a visitor clicks the link to a RTF, MyWeb always starts sending the file from the ending point.

How to Publish a Real Time File

• Start the the device or application that will create the real time file.
• Select and right click "Dynamic Files" on the left view of MyWeb.
• Select "Add Files" from the pop up menu and add the the real time file.
• On the right view of MyWeb, select and right click the newly added file.
• Select "Real Time File" from the menu.
• Make sure a red "R" appears in front of the real time file.

When you want to stop the Real Time File, on the right view of MyWeb, right click the file, and select "Real Time File" from the menu. The red "R" will becomes grey.
