Your computer does not has a direct Internet connection.
MyWeb requies a Internet IP to be accessed by people on the Internet,
but your computer does not has an Internet IP.
For example, most of office computers access the Internet through a proxy.
These office computers have local network IPs, not Internet IPs.
Your firewall blocks the port MyWeb is using.
For example, Windows XP has a buit-in firewall that does not allow other computers connecting to your computer.
You should configure your firewall and open the port MyWeb is using.
If your copy of MyWeb is not licensed, your friends may see a page like this.
MyWeb supports English language only?
This is in fact two questions.
First, the Web pages generated by MyWeb are UTF-8 encoded.
They are language independant.
Second, the user interface (dialogue box buttons, menus etc) of MyWeb is in English only right now.
If you see MyWeb with a different UI, do not download or use it.
They are not supported and not guaranteed to work properly.
