F9 is a plug-in for Internet Explorer.
It is invisible when you don't need it, and when you need it,
press the F9 key to display F9 dialogbox.
The dialogbox has many tabs. Each tab is a tool.

The scripts have the same access privildge as executes using cscript.exe.

The handle script file must be named using the host name of web server, for example: www.google.com,
