Step 1
Click the "Tools" drop-down menu and select the "Accounts..." command.

Step 2
Select the account name you want to configure and click the [Properties] button.

Step 3

Set "Outgoing mail (SMTP)" to localhost.

Uncheck "My server requiers authentication".

Step 4

Set "Outgoing mail (SMTP)" to 25.

Set "Server timeout" to 3 minutes or longer.
